Psychological counselling
Working with your current situation: emotions, relationships, decisions. We look at what is happening, where it comes from, and what you can do right now.
A session is time to pause and calmly look at what is happening. No judgement, no advice on how things "should" be, and no rush.
What you can come with
- anxiety, inner tension, panic attacks;
- difficulties with a partner, parents or children;
- recurring situations you can't seem to get out of;
- crises: divorce, loss, relocation, a change of job;
- hard decisions where every option feels wrong;
- a sense that you are living someone else's life.
How a session works
The first meeting is about getting to know each other and your request. I ask questions, listen, and help you put into words what exactly you want to change. Often things already feel lighter at this stage: what was a tangle starts to separate into understandable parts.
Then we work with what we have found: emotions, beliefs, habitual reactions, body sensations. Between sessions I give short practices so that change takes hold in everyday life, not only in the session.
What you take away
- clarity about what is happening to you and why;
- a footing in yourself instead of depending on others' opinions;
- concrete steps you can take right now;
- a safe space to talk about the hardest things.
If it becomes clear that your request is connected to the body or to deep early experience, we can add psychosomatic work or regression therapy.
